Catapult provides employment assistance into mainstream employment for people who experience difficulties in securing employment. They are a respected service provider, that prides itself on being an excellent employer and on having a strong social conscience.
Catapult currently has a vacancy for a suitably qualified and experienced person to fill the role of Employment Consultant. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate a high level of flexibility, have proven highly developed team skills along with sound time management and organisational skills.
Along with the above, the candidate must be able to demonstrate: Excellent business networking skills, preferably with existing business networks / A working knowledge of the labour market / Sound problem solving skills / Highly developed oral and written communication skills / The ability to provide effective support to service users, family/whanau, and employers. Previous experience in the supported employment sector is desirable but not essential.
